Work Experience
Algoverse AI Research
Research Fellow
As an AI Research Fellow at Algoverse, I built an end-to-end evaluation pipeline to benchmark large language model hallucination and verification performance across over 15,000 financial question-answer samples. I designed and conducted large-scale verification experiments using Gemini and open-source LLMs, generating structured performance metrics including 93.5% accuracy and a 6.5% hallucination rate to analyze reliability across numeric, temporal, and obligation-based claims. Through this research, I identified model failure patterns and contributed to improving evaluation methodology for real-world LLM reliability and benchmarking.

MathWorks
Project Engineer Intern
During my MathWorks internship, I developed machine learning models for a MATLAB mobile fitness application that used IMU sensor data to classify movement and workout intensity. I collected and processed over 10,000 seconds of multi-sensor data across varied terrain to train and validate classification models, improving activity-segment accuracy by 45.7% and reducing elevation misclassification by 82.9%. I also contributed to building user-facing analytics modules within MATLAB App Designer to improve workout tracking and injury-prevention insights. Our project was selected as one of the top three finalists out of more than twenty intern teams, recognized by MathWorks engineers for technical execution and impact.

Projects
Rock Paper Scissors
A game built using html, css, and javascript. The game consists of 3 rounds where the user best against the computer.
Etch-A-Sketch
A game built using html, css, and javascript. The game allows users to paint on a canvas using various coloring options, including changing the canvas size.
Solar Boat Regatta
Led a group of 15 engineers to design a solar powered boat from scratch for an annual competition. Taught members how to design electrical systems, built the frame, and CADing the entire drivetrain.
E-bike
Converted a regular bike into an e-bike by designing the electrical system and connecting it through wiring and soldering.
Chabot College Engineering Portfolio Site
Created an online portfoliio website to display engineering projects created by students. Implemented a submission form to steamline student submission for project display.
